The $60 million Spring Farm Village redevelopment is a major new retail precinct located in Kingston, Tasmania. Spanning 7,500 square metres on Channel Highway opposite Bunnings, the centre marks the Kingborough region’s first new shopping centre in more than 15 years. Designed by i2C Architects and delivered by Fairbrother, the precinct is anchored by a 4,200-square-metre Coles supermarket and also features the region’s first Chemist Warehouse superstore.

Our Mist ECO Smooth Bricks for the Future were used throughout the project, bringing a clean, modern masonry finish to the centre’s contemporary architectural design. The soft grey and white tones provide a refined and versatile facade, while the smooth finish helps create a crisp, consistent look across the commercial streetscape. Australian made and Carbon Neutral certified, Mist ECO Smooth Bricks offer a durable and sustainable masonry solution for projects designed to serve growing communities well into the future.
