Carbon Neutral Certified Bricks, Blocks, Pavers & Retaining Walls.

Introducing Australia’s first and only Carbon Neutral certified bricks, building blocks, pavers, and retaining wall range.

Leading the Australian masonry industry, Island Block & Paving are the first Carbon Neutral Certified manufacturer of bricks, building blocks, pavers and retaining wall blocks.

Established in 1993, Island Block & Paving has a commitment to manufacturing unique, environmentally responsible products for the built environment.

An objective since 2013 has been to limit the use of mined resources and replace with a patented engineered sand made from recycled container glass collected from kerbside recycling.

The Carbon Neutral Certified range is trademarked as Sustainable Products for the Future.

Global Greentag verifies all environmental claims through third-party validation.

All our sustainable products have a current Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), are quality assured to ISO 9001:2015 standards and have achieved a Level “A” Global GreenTag certification and a Platinum Level Product Health Declaration, ensuring they contain no VOCs or harmful ingredients.

“Since 1993 we have a strong focus on emissions reduction planning. For our ‘Sustainable Products for the Future’ to be the first Carbon Neutral certified range of bricks, building blocks, pavers and retaining walls is a reward for our committed team. The third party certification gives comfort that emission reduction claims are NOT just what we say, but what we do.”
